He is survived by: his wife Tina Renee Burkhart Vaughn; his mother Juanita Evelyn Tabor Vaughn; his son Casey (Tabetha) of Heidrick, KY; his stepchildren, Shannell McWhorter (Jeffrey) of London, KY and Jackson King of Barbourville, KY; his siblings, Elmer Vaughn (Betty) of Corbin, KY, Cheryl Angel (Steven) of London, Phyllis Belt (Jerry) of London, Becky Vaughn of London and Bryan Vaughn; and his grandchild Killian McWhorter.
