We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2025, at the age of 89, Jeanetta Mays of Heidrick, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Hembree and Anna "Dutch" Hembree; her husband Earl Mays; her daughter Jan Rose Mays; her siblings, Dennis Hembree, Hoot Hembree, Diane Johnson and Joyce McWilliams; and her sisters-in-law, Gooder McWilliams and Mildred Williamson (Roy).
She is survived by: her children, Kay Townsley (Ronnie), Jim Mays (Sherry) and Carolyn Joy Mays Cain (Larry); her grandchildren, Rodney Townsley (Geno), Rebecca Mills (Brian), Rachel Mason (Andrew), Michael Mays (Amanda), Jamie Mays, Justin Robinson (Ashley), John Earl Robinson and Braxton Mays (Isabelle); her great grandchildren, Chase Hill-Townsley, Cade Mason, Anna Grace Robinson, Jenson Michael Wayne Robinson and Luke Walker Mays; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Hembree and Doug Johnson; and her brother Johnny Mays (Pat). She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as her church family.
