It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Clifton of Hebron, Kentucky, born in Owenton, Kentucky, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arville Ayres and Edna Ayres; her spouse Gil Clifton; and her siblings, Gene Ayres and Eris Waldrop.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Clifton (Sharon), Robyn Cain (Mark) and Pam Shults (Justin); her sister Linda Karsner; and her grandchildren, Marshall Clifton, Sarah Clifton, Jonathan Cain (Kim), Christian Cain (Elizabeth), Collin Cain, Hansen Shults (Sarah), Kayla Shults and Holton Shults.
