He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Hurst and Louise Hurst (Frost). He is survived by: his wife Holly M. Hurst (Higgins); his children, Amanda Hurst, Gabrielle Stossur (Adam) and Braden Hurst; his brothers, Wendell Hurst (Gale), Randall Hurst (Kristin) and Chris Hurst (Sheila); and his granddaughter Callianne Caldwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
