He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Lee Mullins Hornsby; and his parents, Leonard Hornsby and Ethel Powell Hornsby. He is survived by: his daughter Terry VanArsdale (Mark) of Hebron; his grandsons, Jeremy Tudor (Megan) and Patrick VanArsdale (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Christopher, Shawn, Zack, William and Peyton; and his brother Ronnie Hornsby of Erlanger.
