He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene Ramsey of Falmouth, William Linder and Ollie Linder; and his stepfather William Mattingly. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Linder of Hebron and Whitley Linder of Cincinnati, OH; his parents, Marcia Mattingly of Elizabethtown and Dennis Linder (Sandra) of Munfordville; his siblings, Julie Epperson of Falmouth and John Polka of LeGrande; and his grandparent Frances Ramsey of Falmouth. He is also survived by three nephews one niece.
