She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Linda Conway Story Owen, Wendel and Helen West; her aunt Angela West Brown; and her stepfather Terry Dunlevy.
She is survived by: her parents, Steve Story of Hebron, KY and Lana West Story Dunlevy of Urbana Ohio; her brother Kirby Story of Urbana Ohio; her grandfather Dennie Story (Mary Carol) of Hebron, KY; her aunts and uncles, Melinda Story Linnemann of Florence, KY, Kenneth Linnemann of Erlanger, Mary Kuchle, Rick Kuchle, Bob Swinford of Somerset, KY, Alma Swinford and Wendel West; and her family Jordan. She is also survived by great aunts, uncles and cousins.
