He is survived by: his sons, John Michael and David; his wife Tiffany Holtzclaw; his mother Diane Holtzclaw; his son Matthew Holtzclaw; his sister Kathryn Holtzclaw; his mother-in-law Bonnie Box (Michael); his sister-in-law Lorrie Palm (Robert); and his friend Joy Teremi (Peter). He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, and co-workers.
