He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Berkshire and Dolly Cram Berkshire (Cram); his close friend Tina Parker (Norris); his children, Tyler Berkshire, Hunter Berkshire and Amanda Dunnigan; his sister Stephanie Berkshire; his granddaughter Addy Lynn Berkshire; and his nephew Dustin Koshus.
