We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2022, at the age of 83, James Edward Penick of Hebron, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Rhonda Lynn Mains. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Bruce Barkley (Natasha), Nick Barkley (Lauren) and Paige Koger (Adam); and his siblings, Phyllis Ann Yeager, Linda Hatley, Larry Penick, Robert Hatley and David Hatley. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
