It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Carl Carlson of Hebron, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Carlson; and his grandmother Betty Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Rhonda Carlson; his sisters, Kiersten Leach (Brandon) and Cassandra Carlson; his nephew Charles Robert Carlson; his grandparents, Ed and Kitty Stockwell; his uncles, Timothy Carlson (Linda) and Jason Stockwell (Luisa); and his aunt Janeri Stockwell (Steve Cotti). He is also survived by his 7 cousins.
Funeral services for Jack will be private due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
