He was predeceased by: his mother Claudia Hollar Ginn; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Ginn and Larry "Jake" Ginn. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Ginn; his children, Herbert Neville Ginn, Jr. (Leslie) of Alma, Jennifer Barnes (Stephen) of Florence and Julie Collins (Jonathan) of Florence, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Whitney Margis (Rodney) of Oklahoma, Lindsey Looney (Kyle) of Arkansas, Dallin Ginn (Meagan) of Arizona, Tayler Ginn of Arkansas, Kendall Collins of Lexington, Lexi Fowee of Florence, Kaitlyn Collins of Florence, Kayla Collins of Crittenden, Erika Barnes of Idaho, Casey Ginn (Angel) of Idaho, Madison Barnes of Florence, Stephanie Barnes of Florence and Kelsey Collins of Crittenden. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
