He is survived by: his wife Robyn Gaines; his son Jonathan Gaines (Nichole); his grandchildren, Dean, Kendall, Griffin and Jaxon Gaines; his brother Lee Gaines (Debbie); and his brothers-in-law, David Reed (Angel) and Mark Reed (Melissa).
