He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy N. Mullins; his parents, Leon Mullins and Verna E. Mullins; his siblings, William Mullins (W. C.), Emma Jane Greer and Anna Jean Mullins; and his great grandchild Taylor Marie Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda McCarthy (Paul), David Mullins (Betty Ashcraft), Darrel Mullins and Mark Mullins (Tammy); his sisters, Jackie Hojnacki and Geketa Gray; and his grandchildren, Gregory McCarthy (Natalie), Justin McCarthy (Stephanie), Michael McCarthy (Naomi), Jared McCarthy (Misty), Curtis, Derek, Megan, Heather and Brittany Mullins.
