He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Masters McGlasson; his son Mike McGlasson; his parents, LeRoy McGlasson and Rheba Walton McGlasson; and his brother Melvin McGlasson.

He is survived by: his sons, Larry McGlasson (Maggie) and Gayle McGlasson (Sophie); and his grandchildren, Michael McGlasson, Molly Whitaker (Ryan), Taylor McGlasson and Luke McGlasson.
