She is survived by: her parents, Stephanie Perkins and Matthew Perkins of Hebron, Kentucky.; her brothers, Keegan Perkins and Jackson Perkins; and her grandparents, Charley, Joann Perkins of Florence, Kentucky, Jerry and Sandi Broering of Columbus, Ohio.
She was an organ and tissue donor, and in her final act of benevolence, she gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation; in doing so, she saved the lives of five others.
