She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hornsby; her son Mark Hornsby; and her parents, Howard Denham and Hazel Durbin. She is survived by: her children, Rick Hornsby (Mary), Mike Hornsby (Debi) and Debbie McDaniels; and her sisters, Sylvia Dunaway and Trudy Moreno. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
