He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Page and Hulda Cornell Page; and his sister Lavone "Bonnie" Cox. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faye Hoewischer Page; his children, Donna Eichhorn (Ed), Mandy Hess (Chris) and Mitch Hempfling; his sisters, Julia "Judy" Bessey and Kathleen "Kathy" Embry; his brother-in-law Larry Hoewischer; his grandchildren, Erin Kraft (Nathan), Aubrey Hess, Ashlee Hess, Addison Hess, Ava Hess and Frederick Boyd Hess; his great grandchildren, Riley Kraft, Luke Kraft and Graham Kraft; and his nephew Howard "Jackie" Curry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
