He is survived by: his wife Darlene Cunningham; his children, Lisa Cunningham, Julie Cunningham and Donald Cunningham, Jr. (Robann); his grandchildren, Madison Fowler, Charles Cunningham, Cathryn Cunningham and Clark Cunningham; and his sisters, Erma Mason and Sara Linville. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
