He was predeceased by: his parents, John (Thomas) and Mary (McWhorter); and his granddaughter Allison Estep. He is survived by: his wife Fern; his children, Billy Wayne Dick (Connie) and Patty Estep (John); and his grandchildren, Johnathan Estep, Katie Estep (Eric West) and Carley Ashcraft (Devin). He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and four sisters.
