He was predeceased by: his son Todd Michael Skaggs; his parents, Dennie Skaggs and Ella Mae Skaggs; and his brother Steven A. Skaggs. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn Skaggs; his daughter Stephanie Meade (Bryan); his grandchildren, Hunter and Nathan; his brother Joe Skaggs (Carla); his nieces and nephews, Peggy McNair (Tom) and Andy Skaggs (Megan); his sister Margaret Richter (Fred); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Martin (Jarrod), Tom Richter (Jackie) and Susan Bilbro (Mitchell); and also, Robin Meyers, Heather Skaggs and Steven Skaggs.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
