He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Jean Siekman Horn; his daughter Tonia Renee Gaffey; and his parents, Pleasant Horn and Grace Webb Horn. He is survived by: his close friend Betty Johnson; his nephew Keith Feldhaus; and his sister-in-law Vera Horn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
