He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Feltz and Martha Feltz; his son Christopher Anthony Feltz; and his siblings, James Michael Feltz and Patricia Ann Feltz.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Kelly Feltz; his sons, Matthew Feltz and Justin Feltz; his grandchildren, Ava Paull and Rylan Feltz; his sisters, Rosanne Burke (Denny) and Theresa Goebel (Gil); his mothers-in-law, Betty Heuser and Abby Kelly Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Vickie Jane Feltz, Brenda Bowen (Scott), Linda Nichols (Nick), Monica Heuser, Amy Kelly, Cindy Carey (John) and Don Jones (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
