She is survived by: her husband Louis Vining; her children, Teressa Foltz (Tony) and Charlie Frazier Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brandon Foltz, Brian Foltz, Calli Marvin (David) and Jake Vines (Erica); her great grandchild Robbie Foltz; and her grandchildren, Crew, Monroe, Lottie Marvin and Mullins Vines.
