He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hugh Shipley, Sr. and Mary Shipley (Marshall); his daughter Daniele Shipley Travis; and his sister Patsy Mallard. He is survived by: his daughter Kara Young (Chris) of Hardin, KY; his sister Marilyn Weatherford (Max) of Murray, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley Burkeen (Josh) of Murray, KY, Keisha Russell (Kalob) of Dexter, KY and Dalton Young (Carly) of Benton, KY; his great grandchildren, Addy Burkeen, Aubrey Burkeen, Maddox Burkeen and Lilly Canter; and his niece Vickey Weatherford Cowart.
