He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Barb" Cole Strickland; his children, Brittany Strickland of Houston, Kayla Strickland of Nashville, Shelia Strickland Santor of North Carolina, Ty-Erica Tharpe of Wisconsin, Larson Strickland of Hazel, Corey Strickland of Dallas, Greg Strickland of Seattle, Lawrence Strickland, Jr. of Idaho, Larry Teague of Paris and Timmy Teague of Paris; and his siblings, Shirley Strickland Spruill (Steve) of Clarksville, Brenda Strickland Flagg of Indiana, Irene Strickland Waldon (Timothy) of Clarksville, Thomas Strickland of Paris, Eddie Strickland (Rahima) of Clarksville, Willie Strickland of Paris and Darrell Strickland of Wisconsin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
