Howell and Deanna Smallwood; her stepgrandchildren, Oryan Pierre-Louis, Naddia Pierre-Louis, Katelynn Pierre-Louis, LaDiamond McCarty and Chris Hudson; and her siblings, William Ratliff of Campton, Bob Ratliff of West Liberty, Donnie Ratliff of Maytown, Dan Ratliff of Grassy Creek, Kentucky, Goldie Dunn of Hazel Green, Darlene Ratliff of Dayton and Hazel Howell of Gilmore, Kentucky.. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren.
