He is survived by: his wife Joanne McNeilly; his children, Joshua and Jennifer Kinney; his son-in-law Christopher Stine; his grandsons, Carter and Emmett; and his siblings, Mark McNeilly (Mary), Peggy McNeilly and Pam (McNeilly). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
