He is survived by: his children, Lester Sanford Ratliff of Richmond, Samuel Ray Ratliff of Richmond, Gregory G. Ratliff (Dianna) of Richmond, Jimmy Lee Ratliff of Richmond, Johnny H. Ratliff of Clay City, Kentucky, Lisa I. Walters of Richmond, Tammy S. Renfro of Richmond, Angela Kaye Ratliff of Richmond and Latasha Ann Ratliff of Florence, Kentucky; his siblings, Lester Ratliff of Okeechobee, Kash Ratliff of Okeechobee, Elmer Ratliff of Nicholasville, Darrell Lykins of Lexington, Kentucky, Shelia Johns of Okeechobee, Ethel Blevins of Danville, Mae Ayers of Okeechobee, Judy Keith of Nicholasville and Marlene Cozine of Nicholasville; and his niece Tina Gillum. He is also survived by twenty three Grandchildren; thirty four great-grandchildren.
