He was predeceased by: his parents, Lark Muncy and Sadie Kirk Muncy; his former wife Grace Mae Campbell Muncy; and his siblings, Quincy Muncy, Lark Muncy, Jr., Lawrence Muncy, Gladys Tunnel, Goldie Muncy and Hattie Hosfelt.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Collins Muncy of Hazel Green, Kentucky; and his stepchildren, Bobby Collins of Campton, Kentucky, Tony Collins of Campton, Kentucky and Lyvindia Pigg (Burlon) of Howell, Michigan. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; and twenty two step-grandchildren.
