He is survived by: his wife Bernice Profitt Burnett of Hazel Green, Kentucky; his children, Kenneth Ray Burnett, Jr. (Melissa) of Hazel Green, Timothy Dale Burnett (Bridget Booth) of Campton, Kentucky and Lisa Michelle Bush (Chris) of Hazel Green, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Olivia Burnett (Brandon), Kenneth Ray Burnett III, Brandon M. Burnett, Kendra Burnett, Braxton K. Burnett, Bentley R. Burnett, Oaklyn G. Burnett, McKayla Burnett, Tyler Booth, Alexa Whisman, Drew Bush and Kaylee Tilsley (Darren); and his brother Dewey Burnett of Jackson, Kentucky.. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
