She is survived by: her mother Almeda Havens Patrick of Hazel Green, Kentucky; her brother Anthony "Tony" Patrick of Hazel Green, Kentucky; her nephew Nathaniel Patrick of Morehead, Kentucky; her niece Abigail Patrick of Lexington, Kentucky; her great-nephews, Cameron, Carter, Barrett and Sawyer; her great-niece Penelope Adams; and her cousins, Mike Havens of Mize, Kentucky and Henretta Jordan Bradley of LaPorte. She is also survived by other cousins and relatives.
