He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Ratliff. He is survived by: his mother Minnie Whisman Coffey of Campton, Kentucky; and his half-siblings, Michael Ratliff of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Carol Ratliff of Hazel Green. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
