She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Smith and Wanda Jo Francis Smith. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Grigsby; her children, Bridgett Fugate (Jim) of Viper, KY and A. J. Fugate of Hazard, KY; her sisters, Betty Combs of Fisty, KY, Connie Grigsby of Lotts Creek, KY and Vicki Grubbs of Lotts Creek, KY; and her grandchildren, Lucas Fugate, Landyn Fugate and Kinsleigh Paige Adams.
