He is survived by: his wife Debbie Gibson of Happy, KY; his daughter Morgan Gibson of Viper, KY; his stepdaughter Diana Feltner (Dave); his siblings, Randy Combs (Jennifer), Connie Mullins, Jr. of Happy, KY, Kaye Rice (Joe) and Donna Gibson (William); his half-sister Sylvia Holmes (Arnold); his grandchildren, Jesse Feltner, Mabel, Jordan Feltner and Lexi; his close friends, Frank Combs and Charlie Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Jessie, Maddox and Peach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends.
