He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Lola Hurt Moore. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moore; and his nephew Kyle Phillips.
A reception was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701).
