She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Wells and Della May Parks Minks; her son Richard Joseph Elam; and her sister Millie Minks (Dennis). She is survived by: her husband Clark Williams; her son Bert Elam Jr.; her stepdaughters, Lisa Williams of Franklin, Thresa Coomer (David) of Adolphus and Angel Abney (Nick) of Mt. Sterling; her daughter-in-law Judy Elam of Hazard, KY; her grandchildren, Tony Elam, Jennifer Elam, Tara Adrian Elam, Joseph Todd Elam, Jonathan Travis Elam and Crystal Maria Compton; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Jayce, Farrah, Bella, Story, River, Anthony, Kylie, Josie and Mycha; and her great great grandchildren, Preslee, Kamryn and Gunnar. She is also survived by Step-Grandchildren, Step-Great Grandchildren, Nieces.
