He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Caudill of Viper, KY; his brother Tom Caudill (Delana); his nieces, Amanda Byrd (David), Virginia and Lindsey Caudill of Lexington, KY; his great-nephew Ashton Byrd; his great-niece Audra Byrd; and his close friend Rev. Kenneth Byrd. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
