She was predeceased by: her parents, Tug Baker and Elizabeth Williams Baker; her husband Wiley Popp; and her children, Jerry Popp and Linda Popp.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Popp (Sharon), Jimmy Popp, Wiley Keith Popp (Margaret), Paul Popp (Lori), Jeff Popp (Carolyn), Charlie Popp (Leann) and Darlene Stacy (Piercy Mullins). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
