He was predeceased by: his father Ed Turner. He is survived by: his mother Jearldean Bush Smith; his wife Kathy Woolum Turner; his children, Stacy Allen (Derek) of Hazard, KY and Dustin Turner (Angie) of Wooton, KY; his sisters, Linda Turner of Jackson, KY, Karen Mullins (Tommy) of Berea, KY and Susan McDill (James) of Cox Creek, KY; his grandchildren, Dalton Turner (Autumn), Tristan Turner (Kristi), Bailee Allen and Skye Allen; and his great grandchild Rowan Turner. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
