He was predeceased by: his parents, Larken Pennington and Hazel Fouts Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Mallie Pennington of Wooton, KY; his daughter Chasity Taylor (Cory); his siblings, Hershel Pennington (Ann), Willie Pennington of Wooton, KY, Wilma Adams (Bill), Patricia Kilburn of Wooton, KY and Kathleen Baker (Charles); and his grandchildren, Madison Williams, Blake and Tayla Lewis.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
