He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Calvin "Joe" Osborne and Josephine Smith Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Lana Blair; his children, Jen Osborne (Mike Mullins), Brittany Wolfe (Kyle) and Chris Osborne (Lacey); his grandchildren, Lauren Dishner, Presley Wolfe, Landry Osborne, Benjamin Wolfe and Rhett Osborne; and his siblings, Brenda Sizemore (Dan), Bill Tyo and John Tyo (Joyce). He is also survived by grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maggard's Mountain View Chapel (352 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
