She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Fugate and Nancy Watts Fugate; her daughter Jeanie Gayhart; and her siblings, Jewel Whitaker, Jessie Faye Pennington and Paul Fugate.
She is survived by: her son Bennie Combs (Rosita); her son-in-law Darrell Gayhart; her grandchildren, Micah Gayhart (Tanya), Jenny Faye Mullins (Anthony), Brooke Spicer (Ryan) and Caleb Combs (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Titus, Mahayla, Ellie Pearl, Laina, Emmy Jean and Grace Lynn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the County Line Community Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
