She is survived by: her children, Jason Osborne (Kristie) of Beattyville and Jessica Osborne of Booneville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kylee of Beattyville, Justin Reece of Beattyville, Jase of Beattyville and Toby Osborne of Beattyville; and her sister Joyce Ashcraft of Beattyville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
