He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Faye Brown Aud; his brother Allen Aud; and his grandparents, Tom, Rhoda Brown, Harles and Leona Aud.
He is survived by: his sons, Nathan Lee Aud of Cannelton, IN and Seth Allen Aud of Tell City, IN; his grandchildren, Natalee Kay Aud, Tinley Shae Aud and Baylor Grey Aud; his sister Angela Aud Payne of Hawesville; his nephew Kevin Payne; his uncle Myrvin Brown (Shirley); and his aunts, Dorene Aud and Mary Jane Freels.
