For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carter and Mary Stallings Carter; and his siblings, Freddie Carter, Francis Bailey and Pamela McIntyre.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Moss and Amanda Carter; his sister Vicki Gray (Toby); and his granddaughter Ashley. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gibson & Son Funeral Home (275 Court Square, Hawesville, KY 42348). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
