He was predeceased by: his father James V. Raley; his stepfather Edward Brown; and his brother Christopher C. Brown. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Smith Raley; his wife Karrie L. Raley; his children, Nathaniel "Paul" Raley (Shelby), Emily A. Raley and Kaitlyn L. Raley; his grandchildren, Abigail L. Raley and James V. Raley; his siblings, Gina Hale (Steve Nelson) and Matthew Lipking (Quaid Lipking-Swan); and his parents-in-law, Donnie and Sandy Young. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
