She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Crowe and Elma McCarty Crowe; her husband Shelby Rice; and her brother Verrall Crowe. She is survived by: her children, Leda R. McBride (Steve) and Shelby K. Rice, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Dacquri Smeathers (Dusty), Damian Rice (Annie), DaKendra Rice and Nicholas McBride (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Lane, Kolt, Izek Smeathers, Macie and Maggie McBride; and her sister Wilma Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
