She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Howard and Marcella Louise Roush Howard; her husband Clarence Bailey; her brothers, Denny, Harry, Arnold and Charles; and her brother-in-law Randy Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Adkins, Linda Hill, Susanna Adkins, Wanda Bailey Underhill, Shawn Bailey, Brian Bailey, Joseph Bailey and Ronald Bailey; and her siblings, Joseph Howard (Jane), Mary Barncard and Patty Brandeberry (Norman). She is also survived by many other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
The family ask that all donations be made to Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville to help with funeral cost.
