He was predeceased by: his parents, Kimball Butler and Cleona Burnette Niles; and his brothers, Paul and Larry West. He is survived by: his former wife Charlene West; his children, James West, Jason West and Elizabeth West; and his grandchildren, Jaylin Thomasson, Secora West and J. D. West.
